1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgenticFrost (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgenticFrost provides an autonomous AI-powered agent that implements ServiceNow development stories. The Service automates the creation of ServiceNow artifacts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AgenticFrost and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artifacts created by the Service on your ServiceNow instance are owned by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgenticFrost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. All implementations are delivered in reversible update sets, and you are responsible for reviewing and promoting changes to production.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
